ENDS option to provide a Name Server Identifer.
The option in this module – Nsid<Octs> – allows a resolver to query
for and a server to provide an identifier for the particular server that
answered the query. This can be helpful when debugging a scenario where
multiple servers serve a common address.
The option is defined in RFC 5001.
